- What does OneBudget do?
OneBudget is a complete personal finance management site that allows you ease of control. We provide aggregation of all your financial accounts at one convenient place, so assessing and tracking your accounts are simple. You can also work toward goals, connect with Community, or talk to a Professional Financial Advisor on OneBudget.
- How much does OneBudget cost?
Our personal finance management tools on the site are free. Only by purchasing the services of a Professional Financial Advisor would you pay a fee.
- How does OneBudget make money?
If you choose one of the cost-saving offers that are provided by our affiliates, we do receive a small fee, while you could save hundreds by taking advantage of these personalized suggestions. When the services of a Professional Financial Advisor are used, we also secure a fee.
- Does OneBudget work outside the U.S.?
OneBudget can be accessed from anywhere in the world where there is an internet connection.
- How does account aggregation work?
We are a "read-only" aggregation service, meaning you can't handle or transfer money from our site. We merely provide your transaction history and data for all accounts at one place. Except when you're adding an account for the first time (we won't store that information on our servers), you are never required to enter the account number or login information for that account on our site.
- How can I change the way I receive emails and updates?
You can change your settings under the Profile section (widget) on the Account page.
Safety and Security:
- How do I know that all my bank and financial account info is safe with OneBudget?
We use safe and secured bank-data security, such as industry standard SSL encryption on all our webpages.When you login to OneBudget, you receive the same secure experience that your other bank and investment websites provide. - Why do I have to put my bank account information in to use OneBudget?
We need your login information so we can download your transaction history from banks and credit card companies over our secure connection. We never store any login information for other accounts on our systems. Except when you're adding an account for the first time, you are never required to enter the account number or login-in information for that account on our site.
- My account is locked from too many failed attempts or don't remember my login information. What do I do now?

- I forgot my password. How do I get a new one?
Please use use password reset link to reset your password.
- How do I delete my entire OneBudget account?
You can delete your entire account by going to the Profile section on the Account page. Click on edit profile and link to delete is located at right upper corner.
Adding Accounts:
- It doesn't look like OneBudget has my bank. Now what?
If you couldn't find your bank in the Add New Account box on the Account page after signup or in the See If Your Bank Is Supported box before signup, please use our Contact Us form to request your bank be added. When your bank is supported, we'll send you an email. We cannot guarantee if and when your bank will be supported since we can't control all outside factors, such as approval from the banks themselves.
- I forgot my security questions, and now I can't add an account. What should I do?

- I'm trying to add an account, but I keep getting an error. What should I do?
Try adding your account later. Your bank's site may be down due to trouble or maintenance. If you still can't add you bank, make sure the URL listed on the Add New Account box matches your bank's URL. If they don't, the URL on OneBudget is probably a different bank or, at least, the URL to a different kind of account.
- How do I delete my accounts from OneBudget?
You can delete your accounts by going to the Account under the Accounts page.
- What happens if I change my password or security questions on my bank's site?
Please update your account credentials by going to the specific account on the Account Tab.
- Can I manually enter my transactions?
Yes, by going to the Transaction section on the Account page and clicking on the ADD button.
- Can I import a spreadsheet into OneBudget?
Yes, by going to the Transaction section on the Account page and clicking on the Import button.
- Can I manually add an account?
Yes, by going to the Account page and clicking on Add New Account, select Manual and enter the specified information.
